Absolutely love the starter pack. Such a great way to try the flavours in the range 1st before choosing which ones to 're order. The shaker is great. Dosnt leak like some and very easy to keep clean. Highly recommend the soups too.

What an awesome product I have been enjoying shakes and soups. Very surpised by the plant based shakes and the taste of the less sweetness, and soups at filling and bars are filling as well

These are the best shakes I've tried in years . They taste great, and don't leave me feeling sick like so many others. I don't feel hungry after a shake or soup and I'm noticing a lot less bloating and some weight loss. It's early days yet, but I'm really happy with the results so far and would 100% recommend Duke's Shakes and soups

I have tried many shakes over many years. From 5 a day Medically supervised to 2 a day meal replacement. Shakes & some soups thin & tasteless. As a vegetarian and Low Carber I have been impressed with all the Soups, even the “Beef” one smooth tasty and filling. Very happy with the lower Carb count, which could be a good selling point in this day and age. Yes I will be ordering a a a bigger pack today. Thank you. Ann

Hi I started Dukes Starter Pack with the variety of everything, so I could try all flavours in the Shakes, Soups & Bars about a week ago & I've lost 2kg,which is awesome for me due to having PCOS. I love the Caramel, Banana Bread, Coffee & Choc Mint in the Shakes.I love all the Soup flavours but I'm not a big fan of the Bars sorry but that's just me. I'll definitely recommend Dukes Starter Pack to anyone because it's the best way to taste everything to see what you like. I'm rating Dukes 5 stars 🌟 because even though there's somethings l don't like,they give you the opportunity to find that out with their Starter Pack & it seems to be working for me with weight loss so far😀. This was my first time purchasing.
It took me some time to get used to the shakes taste wise but now I find them rather nice. Both shakes and soups are filling and curb hunger. My order came very quickly.
I will continue to order.

I never write reviews, but the Dukes Shakes are YUM. Filling, affordable and not full of rubbish like many others I've tried. Every single other meal replacement system I've bought does NOT do good things to my digestive system, but these are simple when you're on the go and make you feel good. Can't wait to try more flavours.

Loved the flavours and how satisfied and full the shakes have kept me. I swap 1 or 2 meals a day. Have also increased fruit and veg intake. Love the shakes so much that I ordered more flavours and also the protein bars. Thankyou for a wonderful product.

I’ve found these shakes to be the best on the market! They’re tasty, filling, and nutritious. After using up my 14 days of assorted flavoured sachets, I decided on a bag of chocolate and a bag of banana bread. Great flavours! I use a scoop of each and make chocolate banana bread flavour. Just deciding what two flavours to add to my collection next. Highly recommend these shakes. I am actually seeing a reduction in my waistline! Oh happy days 😆
